🛍️ Returns for Self-Installed Products

If you purchased a product from us and are installing it yourself:

  • You may return the product within 10 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

🔧 Installed Products (Final Sale)

If 239 Smart installed the product in your home:

  • All sales are final once installation is complete.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for installed products.


🛠️ Service Warranty

We proudly stand behind our installation work. All installation services include a 30 -day service warranty:

  • If you experience any issues related to our installation within 30 days, we will return and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
