🛍️ Returns for Self-Installed Products
If you purchased a product from us and are installing it yourself:

You may return the product within 10 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

🔧 Installed Products (Final Sale)
If 239 Smart installed the product in your home:

All sales are final once installation is complete.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for installed products.

We proudly stand behind our installation work. All installation services include a 30 -day service warranty:

If you experience any issues related to our installation within 30 days, we will return and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
