Why It Matters

One Company for the Gear and the Install

As an authorized Sonos dealer, 239 Smart supplies your equipment directly — genuine product, dealer-backed, and matched correctly to your rooms before you spend a dollar. No guessing at a big-box store, no mismatched components, no finger-pointing between a retailer and an installer. You get one local point of contact for system design, equipment, installation, calibration, and support.

And the installation is where Sonos goes from good to unforgettable: proper speaker placement, clean in-wall wiring, Trueplay room calibration, and a fully configured app are the difference between audio that plays and audio that impresses everyone who walks through your door.

What We Install

The Full Sonos Lineup

As an authorized Sonos dealer and installer, we supply and install every product in the current Sonos catalog — including the professional custom-install components that only authorized installation partners can source.

Home Theater

Sonos Arc Ultra

The flagship soundbar: 14 Sonos-engineered drivers, including a Sound Motion woofer, delivering a 9.1.4 Dolby Atmos spatial audio experience. The heart of a cinematic home theater — mounted, paired with a Sub, and calibrated for your room.

Sonos Beam (Gen 2)

Compact Dolby Atmos sound for bedrooms, condos, and smaller living areas. Pairs beautifully with a Sub Mini and Era 100 surrounds for a full theater in any room.

Sonos Ray

The entry-level soundbar. A clean upgrade over TV speakers for guest rooms, bonus rooms, and offices, with no HDMI required — and it still joins the whole-home system.

Sonos Sub 4 & Sub Mini

Wireless subwoofers that add bass you feel, not just hear. Sub 4 anchors large great rooms; Sub Mini is the right call for medium rooms and Beam-based systems. We position and tune both for your specific layout.

Sonos Ace

Wireless headphones that swap TV audio straight off your Arc Ultra with a button press — private late-night listening without waking the house.

Custom Install & Architectural

Sonos Amp

125 watts per channel at 8 ohms — the engine that brings in-ceiling, in-wall, and outdoor passive speakers into your Sonos system, powering up to three pairs of Sonos Architectural speakers per Amp. Works with wired speakers your home already has.

Sonos Amp Multi

Sonos's professional multi-zone amplifier, sold only through authorized installation partners. Eight amplified outputs at 125 watts each, configurable across up to four independent zones, driving as many as 24 Sonos Architectural speakers from one rack-mounted unit. The right answer for large Naples homes instead of a rack full of individual amps.

Sonos Port

The bridge between Sonos and the system you already own. Port connects to your existing receiver, amplifier, or stereo via analog RCA or digital coax out, adds line-in for turntables and CD players, and its 12V trigger wakes your amplifier automatically when music starts.

In-Ceiling Speakers by Sonance

Flush-mount architectural speakers in 6-inch and 8-inch models with paintable magnetic grilles — and Trueplay tuning through the Sonos Amp that generic in-ceiling speakers don't get. Invisible once installed, stunning to hear.

In-Wall Speakers by Sonance

The same architectural approach for rooms where ceiling placement isn't right — dedicated listening rooms, media walls, and rooms with concrete or truss-packed ceilings common in Florida construction.

Outdoor Speakers by Sonance

Built for exactly what Southwest Florida does to audio gear: humidity, salt spray, UV, heat, and rain. Powered by a Sonos Amp for lanais, pool decks, and outdoor kitchens.

Speakers & Portables

Era 100 & Era 100 SL

The workhorse room speaker. Era 100 adds voice control; the SL drops the microphones for a lower-cost way to add rooms. Both work as surrounds behind a soundbar.

Sonos Era 300

Six drivers firing front, sides, and up for true Dolby Atmos spatial audio — extraordinary on its own, and breathtaking as a rear-surround pair behind an Arc Ultra.

Sonos Five

The big one. Sonos's largest stereo speaker for pure music listening, with no microphones — a favorite for offices, listening rooms, and turntable setups via line-in.

Sonos Move 2

The lanai speaker. Up to 24 hours of battery, IP56 dust and water resistance, and stereo sound — WiFi at home as a full Sonos room, Bluetooth at the beach. Rinse the salt off and put it back on the charging base.

Sonos Play

The newest portable, sitting between Roam 2 and Move 2. IP67 waterproof, up to 24 hours of battery, wireless charging base included, and it doubles as a power bank for your phone.

Sonos Roam 2

The ultra-portable. IP67 waterproof and dustproof at under a pound with up to 10 hours of playback — the one that actually goes in the boat.

Already Have a System?

Bring Your Existing Audio System Into Sonos

You don't have to replace equipment you love to get Sonos. There are two ways we bring existing systems into the ecosystem:

Sonos Port — for your existing receiver, amplifier, or high-end stereo. Port connects via RCA or digital coax and turns your traditional system into a full Sonos zone: stream any service to it, group it with the rest of the house, and let the 12V trigger power your amp on and off automatically. Its line-in also sends your turntable or CD player to every Sonos speaker in the home.

Sonos Amp — for existing passive wired speakers. If your home is pre-wired with in-ceiling, in-wall, or outdoor speakers, an Amp powers them directly with 125 watts per channel and makes them a Sonos room.

This is one of the most common projects we do in Naples and Bonita Springs — homes with quality legacy audio gear or builder pre-wire that just needs the right Sonos component to come alive. We assess what you have during the estimate and recommend the cleanest path.

Whole-Home Audio

Music in Every Room, One App

Every Sonos device on your network plays independently or in perfect sync — no delay, no drift. A typical whole-home installation by 239 Smart looks like this:

Living Room: Arc Ultra + Sub + in-ceiling surrounds powered by Amp

Kitchen: In-ceiling speakers powered by Sonos Amp

Master Bedroom: Era 100 or Beam + Sub Mini

Guest Rooms: Era 100 standalone speakers

Lanai & Pool: Outdoor architectural speakers powered by Amp

Home Office: In-ceiling speakers or Era 100

Group the whole house for a party or send a different playlist to every room — all from the Sonos app, with Alexa, Google Assistant, AirPlay 2, and Apple HomeKit voice control configured before we leave. For larger homes running many zones, we build on Sonos Amp Multi to consolidate the rack instead of stacking individual amps. Planning outdoor audio too? See our outdoor TV and audio installation service.

Home Theater

Sonos Surround Sound Systems

We build Sonos 5.1 systems that rival dedicated A/V installations without the receiver, the rat's nest of cables, or the 30-page manual. The most popular configuration in Naples homes: Arc Ultra up front, Sonos Sub for LFE bass, and in-ceiling surrounds powered by an Amp — a completely clean look with genuinely impressive performance.

For large open-plan great rooms, we step up to dual Subs and Era 300 spatial-audio surrounds for the deepest bass and widest Atmos soundstage available. Mounting a TV as part of the project? We handle that too — see TV mounting and home theater.

Smart Home Ready

Sonos and Your Smart Home

Sonos integrates with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple AirPlay 2, HomeKit, Home Assistant, and more than 100 streaming services. If you're building out a full smart home, we fold Sonos into the same ecosystem as your lighting, security, and automation — one app, one voice command, one unified home. A rock-solid network is the backbone of flawless multi-room audio. If your WiFi struggles, our home networking service fixes that first.

Repairs & Troubleshooting

Sonos Not Working Right? We Fix That Too

We don't just install new systems — we diagnose and repair existing Sonos setups, whether we installed them or not. Common issues we resolve across Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and Estero:

∙ Speakers dropping off the network or refusing to group

∙ Audio cutting out, stuttering, or drifting out of sync between rooms

∙ Surrounds or Sub not bonding to the soundbar

∙ App can't find the system, or the system disappeared after a new router or ISP change

∙ No sound from the TV, Atmos not engaging, or dialogue hard to hear

∙ Firmware, app migration, and account issues after Sonos updates

∙ Systems that were never Trueplay-calibrated or configured correctly in the first place

Most Sonos problems trace back to the network, not the speakers — and network diagnostics are one of our core specialties. If your WiFi is the root cause, we fix that at the source through our home networking service so the problem stays fixed.

FAQ

Sonos Installation in Naples — Common Questions

Do you sell Sonos equipment, or just install it?

Both. 239 Smart is an authorized Sonos dealer and installer, so we supply genuine Sonos equipment directly and install it — one company, one estimate, one point of contact for hardware, installation, and support.

What Sonos products do you install in Naples?

The entire current catalog: Arc Ultra, Beam (Gen 2), Ray, Sub 4, Sub Mini, Amp, Amp Multi, Port, Era 100, Era 100 SL, Era 300, Five, Move 2, Sonos Play, Roam 2, Ace headphones, and in-ceiling, in-wall, and outdoor Architectural Speakers by Sonance — plus complete multi-room systems throughout your home.

Can you install Sonos in-ceiling speakers in my home?

Yes. We handle placement planning, all wiring run cleanly through walls and ceilings, Sonos Amp installation, Trueplay calibration, and full app setup. You don't lift a finger.

Can Sonos work with my existing stereo or wired speakers?

Yes, two ways. A Sonos Port connects your existing receiver, amplifier, or stereo to Sonos so you can stream to it and group it with the rest of the house. A Sonos Amp powers existing passive wired speakers directly. Many Naples and Bonita Springs homes with pre-wired speakers or quality legacy gear are perfect candidates — we assess your setup during the estimate visit.

How much does Sonos installation cost in Naples, FL?

Single-room setups are billed at a flat rate; whole-home systems are quoted by zones, wiring, and equipment. Contact 239 Smart for clear, transparent pricing before any work begins.

Do you repair or troubleshoot existing Sonos systems?

Yes. We diagnose and fix Sonos systems we didn't install — dropped speakers, grouping and sync problems, systems lost after a router change, bonding issues, and more. Since most Sonos problems are actually network problems, we troubleshoot the WiFi side too and fix the root cause.
