How quickly can you schedule service?

What are your hours of operation?
We're available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We're closed Sundays. For urgent service requests, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Do you charge a service call fee?
For most projects, there's no service call fee when we complete the work. We'll discuss any fees upfront when you request your quote.

For many simple projects, yes! We can provide estimates over the phone or via text. For more complex projects, we may need to see the space in person or review photos to give an accurate quote.
Do you offer package pricing for multiple projects?

What smart home devices do you install?
We install Ring doorbells and cameras (we're Certified Ring Installers), smart locks (Schlage, Yale, August, Kwikset), smart thermostats (Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell), smart lighting systems, smart garage door openers, security systems, smart blinds, whole-home audio, and complete home automation systems.
Are you really a Certified Ring Installer?
Yes! We're officially certified by Ring as professional installers. This means we've completed Ring's training program and are qualified to install and configure all Ring products properly.
Do I need a smart home hub?
It depends on your devices. Many modern smart home devices (Ring, Nest, Ecobee) connect directly to Wi-Fi and don't need a hub. Some advanced devices use Z-Wave or Zigbee and require a hub like SmartThings or Hubitat. We'll advise you on the best setup for your needs.
Can you integrate devices from different brands?
Yes! We specialize in making different smart home devices work together. We can integrate Ring with smart locks, connect lighting with voice assistants, and create automation scenes across multiple brands and platforms.
What if my Wi-Fi isn't strong enough for smart devices?

Handyman Services
What types of handyman projects do you handle?
We handle TV mounting, furniture assembly, lighting installation, drywall repair, door installation and repair, pressure washing, deck repairs, gutter cleaning, caulking and weatherstripping, screen repair, mailbox installation, house numbers, cabinet hardware, interior trim and molding, and minor plumbing and electrical work (non-permitted).
Do you do major renovations or remodeling?
We focus on smaller projects and repairs rather than major renovations. For extensive remodeling projects, we can recommend licensed contractors who specialize in larger-scale work.
Can you handle repairs to damage from previous DIY attempts?
Yes! We often help homeowners who started a project themselves and need professional assistance to complete it or fix issues. No judgment—we're here to help get it done right.
Do you provide the materials, or do I need to buy them?
For most projects, you provide the materials (furniture to assemble, TV mount, light fixtures, etc.). For small items like screws, anchors, or caulk, we typically provide these. We can advise you on what to purchase or shop for materials on your behalf for an additional fee.
What if the furniture I ordered is missing parts?
We inspect all packages before assembly. If parts are missing or damaged, we'll identify this immediately and help you contact the manufacturer for replacements. We can complete assembly once you receive the missing parts.
TV Mounting
What size TVs can you mount?
We mount televisions of all sizes, from small 32" bedroom TVs to massive 85"+ home theater screens. Every mount is properly rated for your TV's weight and secured with appropriate anchors.
Can you mount a TV on any type of wall?
We mount TVs on drywall, concrete block, brick, stucco, and most wall types. Naples homes often have concrete block or stucco construction, and we come prepared with the right tools and anchors for your specific wall type.
Do you hide the cables?
Yes! We offer cable management solutions including in-wall wire concealment (wires run through the wall) or cable raceways (paintable channels that hide wires along the wall surface) for a clean, professional appearance.
Can you mount a TV above a fireplace?
Yes, we can mount TVs above fireplaces, though we'll ensure proper clearance for heat safety. This requires special consideration for mounting height and heat exposure.
Will you connect all my devices?
Yes! We connect your cable box, streaming devices (Roku, Apple TV, Fire Stick), sound systems, gaming consoles, and any other devices. We'll ensure everything works before we leave.
Furniture Assembly
What furniture brands do you assemble?
We assemble furniture from Wayfair, Amazon, IKEA, Ashley Furniture, Rooms To Go, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Target, Walmart, and virtually any other brand. We're especially experienced with online furniture that arrives in boxes.
How long does furniture assembly take?
Simple items (nightstands, small tables) take 15-30 minutes. Medium items (dressers, TV stands) take 30-60 minutes. Complex items (large bed frames, multi-piece desks) take 1-3 hours. We'll estimate time when you schedule.
Do you use threadlock or adhesive on furniture?
Yes! We reinforce furniture assemblies with threadlock on screws and industrial-grade adhesive at key connection points for maximum stability and durability. This ensures your furniture withstands daily use for years. If you may need to disassemble the furniture in the future (for moving, storage, etc.), please let us know when booking and we'll adjust our assembly method.
Do you remove boxes and packaging?
We break down all boxes and organize packaging materials for easy disposal. For an additional fee, we can remove and dispose of all packaging materials off-premise.
What if furniture arrives damaged?
We inspect packages before assembly and will identify any damage immediately. This allows you to contact the retailer for replacement or refund before we've assembled damaged pieces.
Seasonal Residents & Vacation Homes
Can you work on my Naples home while I'm up north?
Absolutely! Many of our clients are snowbirds. We can coordinate service while you're away, providing updates via photos and text. We can also receive keys from property managers or use lockbox access.
Can you prepare my home before I arrive for the season?
Yes! We can handle a pre-arrival checklist including furniture assembly, TV mounting, smart home setup, pressure washing, and any repairs or improvements. Your home will be ready when you arrive.
Do you offer property maintenance for vacation rentals?
Yes! We work with vacation rental owners to handle ongoing maintenance, smart lock installations for guest access, quick repairs between bookings, and property improvements.
Can you install smart devices for remote monitoring?

How do I schedule service?

We strive to arrive on time for every appointment. If we're running late due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll contact you immediately to update you on our arrival time.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes! We're available on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Sunday appointments may be available for urgent needs—contact us to discuss.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. We'll work with you to find a new convenient time.
How long will you be at my home?
This varies by project. Simple jobs like hanging a mirror might take 30 minutes. Complex projects like multiple furniture assemblies or comprehensive smart home setup might take several hours. We'll give you a time estimate when scheduling.
Safety & Protection
Will you protect my floors and furniture during service?
Yes! We use drop cloths, floor protection, and take care to avoid damage to your home. We treat every home as if it were our own.
Are your technicians background checked?
Yes. We maintain professional standards and ensure our team members are trustworthy and qualified.
What COVID-19 precautions do you take?
We follow current health guidelines and can discuss any specific concerns or preferences you have regarding service.
What if something gets damaged during service?
